Why doesn’t Jesus take us to be with Him immediately when He saves us? What Jesus told a certain man after He freed the man from the demons who had been tormenting him, tells us why we are still here. To paraphrase: “Go tell your friends how much the Lord has done for you and how He has had mercy on you.”
